Cappuccino Foam – Made Easy + Iced Chocolate Chip Coffee

Cappuccino foam is my favorite decadent coffee with the light foam that’s like a dreamy cloud. You can make it easy at home. And below is a recipe with coffee cappuccino and chocolate chips.

Cappuccino foam that's easy to make for your home coffee drinks.

And coffee is a healthy plant-based ingredient. So are plant-based milks that are high with calcium and Vitamin D that are sources for your happiness and smile. Vitamin D amps up serotonin (happy hormone)  and calcium helps bones and enamel on teeth 🦷

Cappuccino tips for healthier teeth.

Cappuccino drinks are light and even in Italy that frown on cappuccinos past noon. They are good drinks if you need a ‘lil pep.

Coffee is a healthy plant-based beverage. Without sugar, it has antioxidants. And the healthy is in the caffeine. Sorry decaf lovers!

In the afternoon, a cappuccino as a light caffeinated coffee drink you don’t have to worry about it keeping you up all night.

And when you take an cold or iced version and add chocolate chips for a mocha cappuccino, how much more happy and healthy that is with dark cacao nibs. 😋

It reminds me of a java 🧋served cold with the small chocolate chips swirling to the bottom ready to meet my mouth. Yes, please!

From top to bottom, the sunken chocolate chips are the opposite of the floating white foam.

The milky cloud froth head is where cappuccino gets its name: capuchin (for hood).

…I can put on my hoodie and get wrapped into a cozy cappuccino joy-filled world like this. 🧋

And the easiest step to prevent the chocolate chips from melting is to go from cold brew coffee… that happens to be my daily java jam.

I drink cold brew coffee because it’s less acidic and harsh on the gut, especially before I have a soft food pillow in the gut.

And you can see how I make my cold brew easy (and learn about the healthy benefits).

It’s not the same cold brew 🍺 at sporting events that it can be confused with… and has a bitter tasting capuchin foam hoodie.

Cold brew coffee is named because of the brew process is cold (so you don’t even need a machine).

It’s so simple that you may have made this before coffee makers, and when you were being resourceful.

Cheers to that! 🍻

To make a cappuccino foam, you don’t need to go to a coffee shop, Italian bar, or a fancy machine.

You need a simple frother tool that is as big and long as a standard pen. And inexpensively, it costs less than some desk pens.

Battery operated, you can pull it out of your kitchen drawer when you’re in the mood for your cappuccino hood.

It’s best to pour your milk of choice in a separate heatproof mug or cup, slightly warm up your milk of choice, and then turn on your frother tool. When you warm up, the milk proteins act as stabilizers to wrap around the air bubbles in foam.

Or froth milk at room temperature. Try both ways and see which does better for your milk of choice, as all milks are not created equal. You may find that coconut milk works well or makes a better thick foam mustache, than a known barista labelled one. Or at least for the first pour.

Then spoon the froth on top of your glass.

That’s the classy way to serve so you can see through. And you can add the chocolate chips whenever you want to and see them at the bottom! It’s best to add the chocolate chips when you’re ready to drink.

They become water logged when sitting in liquid too long. …Kinda like prune fingers form when they’ve been in water too long.

So make a fresh cappuccino and coffee drink when you’re ready to drink.

And another you might enjoy is a coffee milkshake that’s in between a dessert and a beverage. And just as easy to make with 3 ingredients. You choose. 😋
