Anti-Inflammatory Food & Good Tips

Anti-inflammatory food is a good healthy eating strategy. Like a white fish 3-Sisters taco with beans, squash, and corn.

Or a dish coming from a food-as-medicine kitchen cabinet that’s also Ayurvedic.

And if the ingredient tastes from Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives and simple anti-inflammatory healthy whole food ingredient alternates had a mashup, that would describe my tastes. 😊

Baking (low-sugar, no frying, and mostly healthy fats) is my preferred way.

…Are you familiar with the Technical Challenges in The Great British Bake Off? They’re usually, comically just a few written lines to add to the baking challenge at hand for the contestants. Where proofing  methods made a difference like this matcha sourdough roll…

The recipes below are inspired by those type of bakes EXCEPT… well, most actually are just a few step instructions (I like simple and easy!). And they’re not as technical, challenging, or buttery. They mix tasty and healthy moderation.

And they’re more whole anti-inflammatory food based. Plus, less indulgent.

LIFE can be complex enough, and daily FOOD doesn’t have to be… to be GOOD.

There’s a time and place for everything in life’s balance.

And you may have read on my blog (this website) about my tougher humble work beginnings that started around rich dishes in hotel catering management… that was anti anti-inflammatory (where two anti‘s cancel each other out).

Gradually that became freshly made foods planning parties in Mediterranean cuisine restaurants, bringing me back to my more healthy and anti-inflammatory eating roots and desires.

…Up until 2020, when we were all cooped up learning new habits. That’s when I saw outward signs of inflammation on me (that later landed me in the emergency room), and when I started making anti-inflammatory home meals every day. I joke that the grocery store is my happy place. But it’s true!

And those daily habits set me up for a healthy diet plan and healthy inflammatory-free living.

…And can be a plan for you to live by too!

So I thought it would be nice to share what anti-inflammatory healthy, foodie tasty, and easy meals I’m making.

Oh, and how you can start your day with a variety of plant-based breakfasts or healthy beverages and smoothies.
