If the ingredient tastes from Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives and simple healthy ingredient alternates from Well+Good (I was a writer for) had a mashup, that would describe my tastes. 😊

And are you familiar with the Technical Challenges in The Great British Bake Off? They’re usually and comically just a few lines to add to the challenge. The recipes below are like that EXCEPT… well, most actually are just a few step instructions (I like easy!).

LIFE can be complex enough, and FOOD doesn’t have to be.

And you may have learned from my blog (on this same website) about my tough humble work beginnings that started around rich dishes in hotel catering management.

Gradually that became freshly made foods in restaurants bringing me back to my healthy roots.

…Until 2020 when we were all cooped up learning new habits where we were. That’s when I started making home meals every day.

I haven’t paused since.

And I thought it would be nice to share the healthy, tasty, and easy meals I’m making, so you can possibly make where you are too.
