Superman frozen yogurt scoops can win healthy hearts as it’s filled with super hero healthy food colors and ingredients. And so easy to make and scoop.

superman ice cream sherbet.

This Superman frozen yogurt is peach honey saffron, raspberry, cherry, and a healthy blue powder trio. I love a trio!

Honey saffron is a popular Mediterranean food pairing giving sweet and tangy notes. And that complements a classic peach flavor.

And for healthy red flavors, you can’t go wrong with berries and cherries.

The third color, the bright blue Smurf color, a blue spirulina powder ingredient is added.

And when blended together, it looks like painted art.

Blue spirulina powder is the pick-me-up Superman blue and a natural healthy antioxidant food coloring that’s a blue-green algae.

It has a mild lake taste… I say that because I grew up next to a pond. And while ocean water is salty, lake and pond water is not.

But when blended together with the flavors I chose (or sweeter ones), you mask the pond flavor that our taste buds don’t have notes for.

And you don’t need much of the Superman spirulina blue powder to make a color punch!

For the red coloring, you can use cherry and your choice of strawberry or raspberry. I went with raspberry.

And you can even make it look like a Cherry Garcia sherbet from the earlier tie dye era with a little dab of natural food colors like Pandan. A little dab will do ya!

And peaches, saffron, and honey will help turn the yogurt from white to a yellow tint. And are tasty flavors together!

To make this easy Superman frozen yogurt, all you need is to make your colors with the ingredients and freeze those for at least an hour. And then scoop into your eating bowl. All ages love that!
