Matcha Cookie with Chocolate Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil
  • 1-1/2 tsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp chocolate chips
  • 1-2 drops Pandan gel

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients and use a small scooper or spoon to spoon even size dough on a cookie baking sheet. This will be a crumbly dough with small bits falling off.
