Healthy Cottage Cheese Dip - No Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp pickles or gherkins, finely chopped (optional amount but 1 tbsp recommended)
- generous amount of cilantro or green herb, chopped fine
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Blend the ingredients. Optional: you can add more pickles for a more sour taste.
- Tip: use the cilantro stalks as they blend nicely and have aromatic flavor.
