Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp pickles or gherkins, finely chopped (optional amount but 1 tbsp recommended)
  • generous amount of cilantro or green herb, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Blend the ingredients. Optional: you can add more pickles for a more sour taste.
  • Tip: use the cilantro stalks as they blend nicely and have aromatic flavor.
