Check if water is in the fruit juice you're using for your sorbet. If no significant water then add a small amount to your sorbet (ice cream) maker. This will help form tiny ice form for the sorbet when freezing.
Turn machine on and churn until the juice liquid turns into a fully solid and smooth consistency, more like a slushie or cranberry sauce that will both work.
Enjoy a soft sorbet, or scoop into a freezing vessel and freeze for at least 20 minutes before serving for the first time for a traditional cold sorbet.
