2ozfreshly squeezed orange juice
raw honey, optional
blueberries, optional

Add a "sand" layer with coffee or black tea. Add orange juice if using.
Freeze again.
Add milk or cappuccino froth for "cloud." layer. Zhugh with blueberries if desired and a melting ice cube (metaphor for the melting ice caps).
Notes
Earl Grey tea has bergamot citrus vibes that pairs well with oranges. Black coffee also pairs well with oranges that mellows out the bitter tastes.
