White Fish Soup in 15 Minutes From Frozen Fish

This is a delicious restaurant-quality fish soup that's flavorful, light, and healthy. And for wild fish broth, you can get collagen good for aging.

Ingredients

  • wild white fish, frozen
  • Old Bay
  • saffron threads
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • tarragon
  • shrimp, cooked and frozen (optional)
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • oyster crackers and lemon wedge (garnish)
  • coriander (optional)

Instructions

  • Add a drizzle of oil to a pan and add frozen fish.
  • Cook fish using frozen package instructions.
  • Pour fish juice into bowl. Add fish and spices.
  • Add cooked shrimp and any other seafood desired.
  • Serve with oyster crackers.
