Lay flat on your mat (Shavasana or Corpse Pose).
Close your eyes If you like to relax.
Make and hold small deep inhales in your nose until there's no more air in your lungs. Start with 20-30 seconds and gradually add more seconds.
Exhale/expel all the air you're holding out of your mouth in one strong forceful exhale breath. Feel the new oxygen energy in your body and head.
Enjoy the relaxing sensations you can feel in stress and body tension. You may find this is a good breathing exercise you do daily so you can feel recharged and/or creative (again) and ready to get unstuck and tackle challenging projects.
