Ingredients
1/2cupGreek yogurt (low-fat)
1tspraspberry or strawberry jam or powder
1/4tspnatural blue spirulina powder (healthy)
1de-skinned peach, chopped finely
2-3saffron strands (for yellow color)
1/4tsphoney
Instructions
Prepare 3 small bowls of yogurt.
Add your natural food colors in each bowl separately: e.g. cherry and raspberry for red; blue spirulina powder for bluer; and peach saffron and honey for yellow.
Mix each bowl by hand until you get the color you desire. If you use an ice cream maker, start with the yellow color, then blue, and then red so you don't change the colors too much.
