This is a great way to make milk without having power or having to run to the store for milk.

Ingredients
1/4cupoats
1cupwater
Instructions
In a large cup, add oats and enough water to cover oats. Cover and leave overnight.
Next day, add water about 4x amount to overnight oats. If you're using a blender, pulse a few times and then strain oats. If power is out/not using a blender: pour water ontop the soggy oats and strainer - do this several times.
Refrigerate oat milk to last longer, but can leave at room temperature for 1-2 days without changing quality/taste.
