Easy Za'atar Crackers

- za'atar spice (thyme, sumac, and sesame seeds)
- additional sesame seeds
- water
Mix ingredients together.
Add wet paste to a baking sheet and Silpat recommended to make it easy to pull off the tray (or use a little non-stick baking spray).
Bake on 300°F for 30 minutes or until crunchy (but not overbaked).
