Easy Protein Cheese Yogurt Dessert
This is a simple cheesecake that you can make with

- 3 Tbsp goat cheese
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
- 3/4 cup thick Greek yogurt
- unsweetened coconut, dry (optional)
Mix yogurt and cheese. Add drizzle of honey if adding. Enjoy!
Optional: for unsweetened coconut, toast at 250°F for 20 minutes or until slightly toasted, and add to top.
