Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, solid form
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter (smooth and creamy)
  • 1/3 cup peanut flour or gluten-free flour
  • 1 tsp raw honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp liquid (coffee, water, MCT oil, etc.)
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips melted
  • nonpareils (optional)
