Ingredients

  • 6 oz cooked chicken, finely shredded
  • cabbage (Napa, red, Italian, or Bok Choy)
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp grapes, quartered in size
  • 1 tbsp onions, minced
  • turmeric powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp coriander or lemon pepper
  • tarragon (optional)
  • slivered almonds

Instructions

  • Finely shred chicken and mix in remaining ingredeints.
