Butternut Squash White Fish Taco Three Sisters Complete Meal Dish
Pairing a 3 Sisters dish with fish tacos is a healthy dish.

- 1 butternut squash, whole
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can yellow corn
- white fish (whiting, cod, tilapia, etc.)
- fresh basil
- olive oil drizzle
- corn tortilla
Cook your butternut squash until soft, then cut in half. It's much easier (and safer) than cutting when raw and hard!
Cook until you can scoop out the squash. This will vary in times.
Add the corn and beans drained from cans.
Cook fish and make salsa verde (basil and olive oil) or pesto (basil, olive oil, pine nuts).
Bake tortilla at 200°F/100°C for about an hour. Or you can serve soft.
Another way to warm soft tortilla is on a waffle iron machine where you can also make easy brunch recipes.
