Blueberry Cupcake Hot Cross Bun

- blueberry Greek yogurt, thicker version
- dried blueberries (optional)
- lemon zest (optional)
- cupcake batter (see recipe)

Add lemon zest for lemon flavor. Bake and let cool.
In a pastry bag, pipe a yogurt cross on top of each cupcake bun with a small circle piping tip.
Add dried blueberries on top.
