Applesauce Blueberry Cobbler (Low-Sugar)
This berry delicious cobbler is made with applesauce fewer calories.

- 1/4 cup buttermilk (or milk)
- 1 oz applesauce, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp brown sugar (for top)
Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients. Pour batter into small baking dish.
Add blueberries ontop.
Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
Bake at 325°F for about 20 minutes or until top is golden brown.
