Ingredients
2egg whites
1/4cupalmond flour
1/4cupraw cocoa (cacao)
1/2tspmonk fruit sugar
Instructions
With baking mixer, whip up egg white meringues (about 7 minutes on high-medium speed until fluffy and has soft peaks). After a few minutes, add in monkfruit sugar or alternative sugar.
Combine or fold in almond flour and cocoa until it's a consistent chocolate batter. You're ready to spread on your desserts!
