Almond Chocolate Frosting - Low-Sugar

This is a low-sugar but perfectly delicious chocolate frosting you'll love!

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup raw cocoa (cacao)
  • 1/2 tsp monk fruit sugar

Instructions

  • With baking mixer, whip up egg white meringues (about 7 minutes on high-medium speed until fluffy and has soft peaks). After a few minutes, add in monkfruit sugar or alternative sugar.
  • Combine or fold in almond flour and cocoa until it's a consistent chocolate batter. You're ready to spread on your desserts!
