Chocolate Almond Hearts
Ingredients

cup
melted coconut oil
1
egg, room temperature
1
tbsp
honey (or maple syrup substitute)

tsp
vanilla extract
1-1/2
cups
almond flour

tbsp
coconut flour
1/4
cup
cocoa powder (use 70% or higher dark cocoa for added antioxidants and nutrients)
1/2
tsp
salt
Instructions
Mix dry and wet ingredients together.
Refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
Roll out cookie dough. Add bench flour as needed.
Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes.
Let cool and then dip in melted chocolate. Refrigerate.
