- Meringue
- coconut, canned
Instructions
- Whip egg whites to make meringue base.
- Bake in 200°F oven until it feels solid and formed (like packed snow).
- Decorate with fruit (dragonfruit, pineapple, passion fruit, and guava)
- Pipe coconut cream (flesh of coconut)
