Instructions

  • Whip egg whites to make meringue base.
  • Bake in 200°F oven until it feels solid and formed (like packed snow).
  • Decorate with fruit (dragonfruit, pineapple, passion fruit, and guava)
  • Pipe coconut cream (flesh of coconut)
